Learn- self care techniques, ways to manage your mental health and wellbeing, Take Notice- learning meditation and relaxation to feel more connected with the present and world around you, Be Active- take part in short walks in the local area and learn to be mindful while walking in nature, Connect- to others in the group, making new friends and building confidence talking to others, Give Back- share your experience with the group, help shape the activities you do each week by sharing ideas.”
