If you are feeling lonely or isolated  come along to one of our friendship groups where you would be made most welcome. In the current situation we have had to restrict the number of groups being run and also limit the numbers who can attend.  Have a look at the what’s on and if you are interested come along and have a chat with the team  or just pop in anytime to find out more. As lockdown easing continues, more and more groups and activities will be restarting or beginning from scratch.
