Community Enhanced Social Prescribing Study

We are looking for people in the local community to be part of the community panel. The community panel will help to identify groups and services in the area which will be shared with the general public so people are aware of all the wonderful things that are happening in Sale.

We are also looking for people to be part of a project partners group. If you are part of an organisation that could help meet any local needs that are identified or could offer infrastructure support and are passionate about improving the community, we would love to hear from you.

If you would like to be a part of the community panel, project partners or would like some more information, please contact
