Bluesci Talking Therapies
Bluesci have a friendly team who work across our four centres providing one-to-one support for individuals who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress.
We use a range of proven therapies that help you. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to a stranger rather than to relatives or friends. During talking therapy, a trained counsellor or therapist listens to you and helps you find your own answers to problems, without judging you.
It’s an opportunity to look at issues in your life in a different way with someone who will respect you and your opinions.
Who can access our talking therapy service?
Any adult (over 18) living in Trafford can refer themselves or be referred.
What will happen when I get in touch?
A staff member will contact you within seven days and find out how we can best help you. Your first appointment will be within four weeks following that conversation.
