Old Trafford Wellbeing Centre (54-56 Seymour Grove, M16 OLN) 7.00pm – 2.00am
Drop into the Wellbeing Centre to find out more re our friendly and inclusive service. Where someone struggling with their mental health or experiencing emotional distress can come and talk with experienced mental health staff. Get a free drink and refreshment, meet the team and find out more.
Discuss volunteering opportunities, pick up our contact card, ask about resources that may help you or those your support or just use the space for practical distraction and experiencing some down time.
We are also offering an opportunity for our community partners to drop by and learn more about how we support people to find coping strategies that manage a crisis and provide steps towards preventing them reoccurring.
Coppice Library & Wellbeing Centre (Coppice Avenue, Sale, M33 4ND)
10:00am – 5:00pm
Drop in to the Library and Wellbeing Centre to discover the activities and services available to you to help your mental health and wellbeing. Get a free drink and refreshment, pick up a copy of our What’s On guide and have a look at the facilities available for the community. Members of the team will be available to help you refer into the Bluesci Service for support. Trafford residents can also sign up to the library service to claim many free benefits such as audiobook subscriptions.

We are going to do a curry and chaaat event at Old Trafford (free food, tea, coffee and cake during the day) – pick up a What’s On guide get involved in some of the workshops that are available or do craft at the tables in the café area.
