This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image.png Zoom is a free video conferencing service that lets you talk with friends and family from all over the world. As well as being able to keep in touch with loved ones, there are all kinds of group meetings and events taking place over Zoom. During the Covid-19 restrictions, video services such as Zoom have been used to allow virtual gatherings and 121s where physical distancing would otherwise mean these would be cancelled. These include:
  • Wellbeing groups
  • Children’s Storytime and Rhymetimes
  • Virtual Quizzes
  • TV audiences
  • 121 Counselling
Here at Coppice Library and Wellbeing Centre we are offering free 121 support to show you how to use Zoom and help get you set up. If you don’t have your own device or internet connection, you can book one of our computers free of charge and we’ll get you up and running. Call 0161 912 3560 or e-mail to book a free 121 session available Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm.
