Monday 11am – 12:30pm Computer Skills Basics- Do you need support learning the basics of computer use? Drop in to our new group offering support in a small group setting. Learn how to set up your computer for use, create and use email and basics of office applications.
Thursday 10am-12pm (term time only) Free ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)- an opportunity to gain a qualification from trinity College London. Funded places support available for low income and unemployed participants. This is a group to help improve the wellbeing of men who are struggling. We meet weekly to talk about things affecting us, provide support for each other and learn techniques that may allow us to find better ways to deal with the issues we face.Just come along – This is a drop-in activity.
