New Resource Launched: Digital Declutter Workbook

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our Digital Declutter Workbook, now available through the Bluesci Digital Wellbeing Project.

Designed to support people to reflect on their relationship with technology, the workbook offers practical, accessible activities to help reduce digital overwhelm and encourage healthier digital habits. Whether you feel constantly distracted by notifications, overwhelmed by online content, or simply want to be more intentional about how you use digital devices, this resource provides a gentle and structured place to start.

The workbook can be used independently or alongside support from practitioners, peer workers, or community groups. It encourages users to:

  • Notice how digital habits affect wellbeing
  • Identify what feels helpful or unhelpful in their online lives
  • Make small, realistic changes that feel achievable

This resource forms part of our wider Digital Wellbeing Project, which aims to support mental health and wellbeing through thoughtful, inclusive approaches to digital life.

The Digital Declutter Workbook is free to access and available now on our website.
